This was a design and build project in which we worked closely with Marra Construction and the client to ensure that all requirements were delivered to the clients satisfaction. The project took 8 months to complete and was delivered on schedule.
Our contract included lighting design of specialist lighting for common areas, feature lighting and controls.
We worked alongside Environmental Building Services with regard to the installation of 27 Air Conditioning Units, Ventilation, Extraction systems and Car Park Extraction.
Our Security and Sound team were responsible for design and implementation of all electronic building security including access control for building and tenancy security, communication systems including Telephone Backbone, Intercom and installation of the Satellite TV System throughout building. Full technical support is provided 24 hours. All systems were designed with ease of use for the customer in mind.
